My grandmother’s dog has been a patient here since 2017. After my grandmother passed away, my mom took full responsibility for her care. Recently, the dog needed care. My mom is on a fixed income, so she discussed the cost beforehand when she was told she needed to be seen before getting her medication. She was initially quoted around $100, but after the services were performed, the bill was over $400. According to my mom, additional lab work was done without anyone asking for her consent or explaining the extra cost. The office did reduce some of the charges after she questioned them, which we appreciate. However, the unexpected bill caused my mom significant distress. After so many years with this practice, our family expected clearer communication and more compassion. Pet owners should have the chance to approve additional services and understand the cost before they are performed.

Great experience, budget friendly, being able to have your animals spayed or neutered and a pay a price you can afford is doing a great service to so many communities. All I can say is that Little Veterinary services is AWESOME

I have ptsd from bad vet experiences from over 40 years of being a pet owner. I highly recommend Dr. Laura Little and her amazing staff. They are so kind, so sweet and Dr. Little is so down to earth and kind. If you don’t love your vet, give this clinic a shot.

They are the best they actually care about the fur babies and really a friendly staff Devin is the most sweetest vet tech ever the whole staff is great I couldn’t go anywhere else and get the service they provide and professional

Everyone here was absolutely amazing. Good people, kind, compassionate - they called twice a day with updates on how my Georgie was doing both pre- and post-op. They seem to honestly care about each patient that comes through the door. ❤️
